SHIPPING & RETURNS FRANKY MOUSE

ORDER STATUS

Orders typically ship the within 1 or 2 business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00PM EST (Noon) M-Th and 11am EST Friday will not be processed until the next business day.

If you want to check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have questions about your order, please email our Customer Service and we would be happy to assist you.

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is not guaranteed. For guaranteed arrival time, please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 3-4 Day Priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Outside major metropolitan areas orders will arrive in approximately 3 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from FrankyMouse are eligible for a full refund if returned within 10 days after receipt of the product

You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

To ship an item back to Frankymouse please:

Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).

Shipping fees to return your order are in charge of the customer and must be returned to Thailand to FrankyMouse with a tracking number. *Except if the product is defective, damaged or if there is any mistake (Size, color etc…)  Frankymouse will fully cover the return fee

For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and the size you would like on hold.
